These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the SeoNow website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by SeoNow Technologies ("SeoNow", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@seonow.app if you suspect unauthorized use.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in your plan. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings; changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
- Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful to others.
4. Your content and data
You retain ownership of any data, sites, keywords, or other content you connect to or upload to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant SeoNow a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely as necessary to provide the Service. We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Third-party integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms such as Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Shopify. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective third party's terms. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.
6. Intellectual property
SeoNow and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, content, and trademarks. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, no other rights are transferred.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SeoNow does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any specific ranking, traffic, or revenue outcome. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeoNow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to SeoNow in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will give you reasonable notice (for example, by email or an in-app notice). Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
